ABOUT ME

I’m Armando Contreras Galarza, a Maxwell Leadership Team Member and a Certified Goal Attainment Coach passionate about empowering business leaders, entrepreneurs, and executives to achieve success that goes beyond the boardroom. I’m originally from Monterrey, Mexico, and since 1994, I’ve been dedicated to teaching, spiritual counseling, and life coaching across Mexico, the USA, and Germany. It was here in Germany that I met my wife, Anita, and together we’ve been blessed with four wonderful children.

With 30 years of experience working alongside leaders in industries like television, film, and beyond, I understand the unique challenges of balancing professional excellence with personal fulfillment. My path to coaching began with a lifelong curiosity about what drives people to overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Over the years, I’ve honed this passion into actionable strategies through academic training, certifications, and hands-on experience.
